New Employee Orientation

During orientation and onboarding, new employees begin building a strong foundation for success by filling their toolkits with engaging courses led by our experienced and passionate trainers. These courses include, but are not limited to:

After Orientation, employees dive into engaging online coursework through the College of Direct Support, with over 80 valuable courses completed during their first 90 days.
Beyond initial training, we’re proud to offer a dynamic, on-site two-day Staff Development Program each year. This energizing event includes 12 hours of impactful, mandated and supportive sessions that help our team grow, connect, and return to their roles even more empowered.
